As the business continually expands, we are looking for a full time Office Manager to assist in the management.
Qualification:
– Completion of university or college diploma in business or administration.
– Min. three years of senior clerical, secretarial, HR, administration or office administration related.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Effective use of website, internet, email and MS Office.
Job Duties:
– Manage and coordinate administrative office operations, including organizing records, handling correspondence, and scheduling work activities.
– Support the development of operational budgets and oversee inventory management along with budgetary controls
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable and receivable, preparation of payroll and invoices ensuring financial accuracy.
– Provide administrative support for construction projects, including tracking timelines & on-site needs, and coordinating with clients or subcontractors
– Assist with recruiting and onboarding staff, conducting training sessions, and managing performance evaluations to support workforce development.
– Ensure company compliance with applicable regulations and standards by organizing and maintaining essential documents such as contracts, permits, and certifications.

Wage & Hours: $34.75/hour, 30 hours/week
Term: Permanent and Full time
