Qualification:

–        High school diploma is required

–        Minimum three years of work experience in trade is required

–        Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline

–        Good interpersonal, organization and communication skills.

Job Duties:

–          Measure, estimate and determine the methods of insulation and amounts of material needed

–          Plan daily activities, assign tasks to crew members, and manage work schedules to ensure project deadlines are met.

–          Oversee and coordinate the installation of insulation materials for commercial, industrial, or residential projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

–          Conduct site inspections to evaluate progress, identify issues, and ensure proper preparation for insulation work, including assessing material and equipment needs.

–          Train and supervise insulation workers, providing guidance on techniques and safety practices.

–          Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and company standards, particularly with fireproofing, thermal, and acoustic insulation specifications.

Work Location: Metro Vancouver Area, BC

Wage & Hours: $34.70/hour, 30 hours/week

Term: Permanent and Full time
