Responsibilities
1. Unload fish and shellfish from fishing vessels and transport them by hand or forklift to work area.
2. Condition fish and shellfish for wrapping or freezing
3. Weigh fish or shellfish, record weight and pack on ice
4. Clean machines and immediate work areas.
5. Sort fish and shellfish according to species, weight, and destination
