As a Fintech company, HelloChat facilitates electronic payment services in North America by leveraging financial technology to make financial services and business more convenient, secure, and faster.We are looking for a Vice President to handle the support services of our company.

Job description:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by implementing customer service processes and standards, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their interactions with the company.
  • Plan and execute online and offline activities to engage and interact with potential and existing customers, expanding the company’s business and strengthening customer trust and recognition.
  • Develop and manage departmental documentation, processes, and performance.
  • Lead product and sales department, responsible for new product development, release and promotion.
  • Responsible for product and program pre-sale, sale, after-sales support and service.
  • Gain insight into key industries and expand the company’s market share.
  • Explore potential clients, evaluate potential key clients and their needs of customization, negotiate and communicate with clients on behalf of the company, and lead the product department to customize solutions based on clients’ needs.
  • Responsible for training and developing middle-level managers and staff, equip them with effective communication skills and product knowledge to better engage with clients, and provide guidance and support to enhance their ability to collect, organize, and analyze customer needs and feedback, empowering the company to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in business, technology, or other related areas.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of technological or digital systems, such as modern online platforms and/or apps.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good image and temperament, strong organization and coordination skills, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Adaptability to different customer needs and situations.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite.
