Job Description:
Prepare and cook authentic ethnic dishes from scratch.
Develop new menu items and specials.
Ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
Train kitchen staff on proper techniques.
Manage inventory and kitchen supplies.
Prepare meals for special events and guests with dietary needs.
Clean Kitchen and work areas
