Job Duties: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, Organize and maintain inventory, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, Develop, implement and analyze budgets, Participate in marketing plans and implementation, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Address customers’ complaints or concerns, Provide customer service, Recruit, train and supervise staff; Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions
Work Environment: Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Standing for extended periods
Terms of employment: Permanent; Full-time; Day/Evening
Wages: $35.00 per hour for 30 hours a week
Education/Work Experience required: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of one year to two years
Experience: 2 – 3 years’ experience
Credentials: Responsible Beverage Service Certificate
Start: As soon as possible
