Our well-established farm, located at 492 Nettle Road, Oliver, BC V0H 1T2, is looking for a full-time, 40-hour-per-week Farm Supervisor to help with our daily operations.

Duties and responsibilities:

·       Assign and supervise the work of general farm workers and labourers

·       Supervise and monitor growing and other crop-related activities

·       Supervise and monitor planting of farm products such as Apple, Cherry and Grapes

·       Supervise and oversee operation of working machines

·       Supervise maintenance of infrastructure and supplies

·       Develop work schedule and procedures

·       Ensure safety control and food hygiene

·       Maintain quality control for the products

·       Might undertake general farm duties.

Requirements:

·       Secondary education is required, certificate or degree in agriculture is preferred

·       Relevant experience is a plus

Remuneration:

·       $20.75 per hour for at least 40 hours per week
