Jimmy’s Tea House is looking for 2 Kitchen Helpers

Job Title: Kitchen Helper

Location: 2108 – 8700 McKim Way, Richmond BC, Canada V6X 4A5

Wage: $18.00 – $18.50 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Term: Full-time, Permanent

Language: English

Vacation: 4% Vacation pay (or 14 days) per year

Responsibilities:

–          Prepare ingredients for cooks, which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients

–          Unpack food supplies from delivery

–          Store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards

–          Assist with washing, drying, and placing all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments, and cutting boards

–          Remove garbage, replace garbage bags, and clean garbage bins

–          Keep the kitchen areas clean

Requirements:

Some secondary school education is required

Asset:

Experience helping in kitchen settings
