We are seeking a full-time Food Service Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who is enthusiastic and capable of completing regular food service tasks.
Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, counter attendants, and kitchen helpers
· Assign and monitor staff duties during each shift to ensure efficient service
· Establish and adjust employee work schedules
· Supervise kitchen workflow to ensure timely food preparation during peak service hours
· Monitor cooking processes, portion control, and presentation standards
· Inspect prepared dishes before service to ensure consistency and quality
· Train staff in food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and workplace safety
· Provide guidance to kitchen helpers and junior staff on proper food preparation techniques
· Verify order accuracy and coordinate communication between kitchen and front-of-house staff
· Monitor inventory levels and assist in receiving and checking deliveries
· Ensure compliance with public health, food safety, and sanitation regulations
· Address customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly
· Maintain shift records and assist with opening and closing procedures
Job requirements:
Language: English
Education: A college diploma in culinary management
Work Experience: at least 2 years of experience in food preparation
Skills and knowledge preferred: Food Handler Certificate
Ability to Supervise: 3 to 4 people
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Fast-paced environment
- Standing for extended periods
- Handling hot food and kitchen equipment
- Evening and weekend shifts required
- Lifting and carrying heavy items (e.g., food supplies, ingredient containers, and bulk deliveries up to approximately 20–25 kg)
