Job Description:
Lucy Beauty Studio, a top-rated beauty salon in Gatineau, is seeking an experienced Beauty Salon Supervisor with over 3 years of professional experience in the lash and nail industry. The supervisor will oversee daily salon operations, manage and train staff, and ensure excellent client service and workplace standards.

Employment type: Permanent, Full-time, 35 hours per week
Experience required: Minimum 3 years in lash and nail salon industry
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of lash and nail technicians
Establish work schedules and procedures; coordinate with other departments as needed
Participate in staff hiring, training, and development
Resolve work-related issues and prepare progress/performance reports
Monitor quality of services, productivity levels, and workplace cleanliness
Provide lash and nail services as required (eyelash extensions, lash lifts, nail extensions, gel polish, etc.)
Schedule and confirm client appointments
Perform cashier and POS duties
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
