Job requirements

 

Languages: English

Education: Secondary School graduation certificate is required

Experience: Minimum one year experience as an insurance broker, Commercial Insurance is required

 

Job details:

 

Salary: $ 60,000 annually / 30  hours per week

Type of job: Remote

Skills

 

·         Identify and solicit potential business and corporate clients for commercial insurance.

·         Assess client needs and provide tailored commercial insurance solutions based on business risks.

·         Explain policy features, coverage options, premiums, and benefits to business clients.

·         Calculate and determine appropriate commercial insurance premiums based on risk assessment.

·         Ensure completion of all required forms, documentation, and policy requirements, including medical or business evaluations if necessary.

·         Establish and manage client accounts, including setting up payment methods and policy renewals.

·         Provide ongoing customer support, responding to client inquiries regarding policies, renewals, and claims.

·         Monitor and assist clients with commercial insurance claims, ensuring timely processing and resolution.

·         Stay updated on commercial insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

·         Maintain and build strong relationships with business clients, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
