Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: 2228-4500 Kingsway, Burnaby BC, Canada, V5H 2A9

Wage: $36.86 per hour

Hours: 30 hours per week

Term: Full-time, Permanent

Language: English

Vacation: 4% Vacation pay (or 10 days) per year

Responsibilities:

–          Manage budgets and monitor revenue, expenses and profitability

–          Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and service providers

–          Oversee inventory systems and implement cost-effective purchasing and stock levels

–          Recruit staff and develop systematic training programs

–          Design promotional campaigns and implementation

–          Ensure adherence to health, safety and labour regulations

Requirements:

–        Post-secondary education in hospitality, food and beverage service management, business administration, or a related field is preferred

–          At least 3 years of restaurant leadership experience
