Mauve Hair & Beauty Ltd. offers hair styling and hair dressing services by experienced professional hairstylists and high-quality customer service in a relaxing atmosphere.  We have 2 locations in BC.  The main branch in Richmond was established in 2013, and Burnaby branch was established in 2022.

As business is expanding, Richmond store is operating 7 days per week from 10am -6pm.  For more smooth operation management and continual growth, we need to hire 1 full time Assistant Salon Manager for Richmond branch.

Responsibilities

·         Assist in managing daily salon operations and appointment scheduling

·         Assist with marketing and promotional activities

·         Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to manager

·         Maintain salon cleanliness and organization

·         Assist manager to check stock record and order supplies

·         Coordinate with the Salon Manager on business strategies

·         Handle cash transactions and financial records

·         Ensure all equipment is properly maintained

·         Maintain salon cleanliness and enforce hygiene practices

Qualification

·         College diploma or vocational certificate in hair and beauty major

·         Min. 2 years work experience in commercial hair salon

·         Knowledge of various hair styles, hair care products and related procedures

·         Great organizational and management skills

·         Ability to work under pressure

Salary, working hours

·         Wage : $29/hour

·         Working Hours: 30 hours/week

·         Term: Permanent and Full Time

·         Benefit: Extended Medical Group Insurance include dental after 3months of employment
