Job Description
· Inspect tires for signs of wear, damage, or defects and determine appropriate repairs or replacements.
· Repair punctured tires using plugs, patches, or inner tubes, and ensure proper sealing and inflation.
· Mount and dismount tires from wheels using hand tools or specialized equipment.
· Install new tires, including aligning and torquing lug nuts to manufacturer specifications.
· Check and adjust tire pressure using air gauges and inflation tools for optimal performance and safety.
· Clean and inspect wheels and rims for damage, corrosion, or cracks before remounting tires.
· Maintain tire repair equipment and tools in clean, safe, and good working condition.
· Advise customers on tire care, maintenance, and replacement options based on inspection results.
Skills and Qualifications:
Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience will be an asset
