Now Hiring: Highway Long Haul Truck Driver (Flat Deck Super B Train)
We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Highway Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team, operating Flat Deck Super B trains across Canada and the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving both solo and team assignments across long distances, including Canada and the USA
Loading and unloading supervision, securing and unsecuring loads on flatbeds, ensuring load safety
Tarping and untarping loads
Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections with attention to detail
Fueling at truck stops and completing necessary paperwork, including bill of lading, fuel/toll receipts, and repair invoices in the event of an emergency breakdown
Operating ELD systems to record driving and job changes
Willing to learn mountain driving, snow driving, and heavy haul procedures
Requirements:
Valid Class 1 license with air brake endorsement
MELT Program completion
Willingness to learn and operate a manual transmission truck for heavy haul tasks
Ability to pass a criminal background check, medical test, and drug test
Valid passport and visa for travel into the USA (if applicable)
Ability to organize truck and trailer for efficient travel across Canada and the USA
Commitment to full-time employment and willingness to travel nationwide
Experience is an asset, but we are also willing to train the right candidate. Physical work and attention to load safety are key, so applicants should be prepared for hands-on tasks.
