Job Description
Taking phone calls and relaying calls and messages ahead
Replying to emails in a timely manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and able to meet deadlines
Taking quotes from vendors, maintaining office supplies and equipment’s
Proofreading and organizing documents and forms
Maintaining electronic and soft copies of documents as needed
Establishing and executing office procedures and protocols
Preparing schedule for employees
Following up with vendors regarding invoices

Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Strong attention to deal and high-level accuracy in work
Great interpersonal skills and fast learner
Secondary school education is required
Minimum 1 year of administrative assistant program or at least 1 year of work experience in a related field is required.
