Nails 2001 in Edmonton AB is looking for 2 nail care technicians to be part of our growing team.
Job duties:
· Perform thorough manicure and pedicure services
· Clean, cut and shape nails
· Recommend colors and designs based on each customer’s style
· Remove previously applied polish or gel/shellac polish
· Prepare and clean beauty station in-between appointments
· Sterilize equipment before use
· Inform clients about additional services and offers
· Give hand and foot massages
· Offer nail care treatment tips
· Up-sell treatments and beauty products, when appropriate
Qualification and Skills:
· Proven work experience as a Nail Technician, Manicurist or similar role for at least 6 months
· Expertise in basic and advanced nail techniques, including French and gel manicures
· Knowledge of cosmetology trends
· Understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards
· Experience in customer service
· High school diploma
