Payroll Data Entry position with related responsibilities. Dealing with our Canadian (outside of Quebec) and possibly American employees and Managers. Working as part of a payroll team of six employees located in Montreal, Quebec. / Monitor, review and enter the timesheets received from the field employees for the piecework completed as well as some hourly work performed. Validate the imports against the employees’ timesheets and address any discrepancies with the Managers. Calculate and pay special additional compensations. / Communicate with the employees and managers to obtain additional information and/or authorizations (mostly by e-mail). Run, compile, and update weekly reports. Perform clerical duties such as, but not limited to, archiving, filing, scanning, photocopying, shredding, etc. Work with Word and Excel using the Pivot Table and VLookup functions. / Payroll experience 5 yrs. Bilingual, reliable, flexible (regular hours 37.50, available to work additional hours) and detail-oriented individual performing functions with confidentiality and professionalism.
