Title of Position : Food Services Manager
Job Duties & Responsibilities
– Oversee daily food sevice operations, including kitchen and prepared food sections
– Coordinate food preparation to ensure consistency in quality and presentation
– Manage staff, provide trainig, and monitor performance
– Assist in staff scheduling and ensure proper shift coverage
– Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and minimize waste
– Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
– Address customer concerns and maintain high sevice standards
– Support the implementation of new menu items and operational procedures
Terms of Employment : Permanent, Full-time
Wage : $36.00 Hourly for 30 hours per week
Benefits : 4% paid vacation
Qualifications/Skills/Requirements
– Safe Food Handling certificate
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food industry
– Language: Speak English, Read English, Write English
