Job Requirements:

·       Education: Completion of Secondary Education is required.

·       Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the food service industry, including at least some supervisory responsibilities, is required.

·       Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software, electronic cash register, MS Office, MS Outlook

·       Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods

·       Personal suitability: Client focus, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Organized, Reliability, Team player, Ability to multitask

Job Duties:

·       Plan, oversee, and manage the day-to-day operations of the food service establishment to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.

·       Coordinate and lead both kitchen and front-end staff, ensuring compliance with food safety and company policies.

·       Hire, train, and supervise employees while regularly monitoring performance and providing support for improvement.

·       Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours.

·       Track and maintain inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage food and labor costs effectively.

·       Respond to customer concerns with professionalism and take steps to enhance guest satisfaction.

·       Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the facility.

·       Assist in developing and implementing marketing promotions and service enhancements in collaboration with the owner.

·       Maintain records related to sales, inventory, staffing, and expenditure

·       Perform daily financial tasks such as balancing cash, preparing cash reports, and completing required financial forms.

·       Step in as needed to cover shifts or roles and actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
