Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager

Wage: $22.00/hour for 35 to 40 hours/week.
Job Duties:
· Manage and organize daily restaurant operation.
· Oversee inventory management and food wastage.
· Co-ordinate with suppliers for delivery of supplies and food items.
· Keep track of revenue and expenses.
· Take ownership of budget and cost control methods to minimize expenses.
· Address customer needs, complaints and suggestions.
· Prepare and submit payroll and maintain relevant records
· Ensure all employees are following store policies and outlined operating
Standards.
· Hire new staff and make arrangement for their training.
· Ensure employee compliance with health, safety and sanitation.
· Handle cash and prepare for bank deposit.
· Prepare staff schedule, oversee employee performance and provide feedback for
improvement.
· Plan and implement local advertising and marketing.
