An English-speaking Home Childcare Provider is needed for a private residence to help care for two young children.
Main Duties:
– Perform housekeeping duties related to the children
– Do children’s laundry, including folding and putting clothes away
– Prepare meals or assist with food preparation
– Wake the children, assist with dressing, prepare breakfast, and help feed them
– Organize games and activities
– Supervise and accompany children outdoors for activities when possible
– Occasional evening babysitting during the week may be required
Job Details:
Full-time position
Schedule: Monday to Friday
7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday off
40 hours per week
Requirements:
– Secondary school diploma required
– Minimum of 1 year of childcare experience preferred
– 2 years of experience is considered an asset
– At least 6 months of experience with the same employer preferred
– Must be reliable, responsible, and comfortable working with young children
– English language skills required
