Quark Consulting Group Ltd. dba Shell Gas Station located at 12389 Harris Rd, Pitt Meadows BC V3Y 2J4 is hiring a Retail Store Supervisor for a full-time & permanent position.

Salary: $23.00 / hour for 30 to 40 hours per week

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Minimum of seven months of experience as a Retail Store Supervisor is required.

Tasks

Assign sales workers to duties
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Authorize return of merchandise
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
