Job Requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as a Restaurant assistant Manager is required is required

Job details:

Salary: $ 28.00 hourly for 30 – 40 hours per week

Tasks

·         Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

·         Implement company procedures and ensure efficient service standards.

·         Monitor sales, expenses, and inventory to support efficient operations.

·         Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.

·         Assist with budgeting and cost control activities.

·         Support local marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

·         Prepare employee work schedules and supervise staff performance.

·         Assist with hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff.

·         Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues in a professional manner.

·         Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.
