Job Description:
1. Develop, coordinate, lead, oversee, and assess the functioning of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP) departments and enterprises.
2. Formulate and deploy protocols and guidelines for electronic data processing and the development and operation of computer systems.
3. Engage in client consultations to explore system needs, requirements, budgetary considerations, and project timelines.
4. Gather and supervise teams of information systems professionals to create, deploy, operate, and manage computer and software, networks, and information systems.
5. Manage and oversee the financial resources and expenses of the company and projects.
6. Hire and oversee computer analysts, technicians, and other staff, managing their professional growth and training initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, commerce, engineering or related field.
2. 2 to 3 years experience in systems analysis, data administration, software engineering, network design, or computer programming, along with supervisory experience, is essential.
3. Demonstrates initiative and possesses the capability to accomplish muti-tasks with minimal guidance or oversight.
4. Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly.
