Currently, we are looking for an experienced full time Landscaping Supervisor to join our team.
Job Duties:
· Supervise and assign tasks to landscaping crews, ensuring that all projects and maintenance are completed efficiently.
· Provide training to landscaping staff on proper horticultural techniques, equipment operation, workplace safety regulations to maintain high-quality service standards.
· Coordinate and oversee the installation and upkeep of trees, gardens, lawns, shrubs, and hedges, as well as the design and construction of fences, decks, patios, pathways, and retaining walls.
· Coordinate the procurement of landscaping materials, tools, and machinery.
· Develop work plans and schedule while synchronizing tasks with other teams.
· Troubleshoot professional issues and produce timely progress and performance report
Qualifications:
· Completion of Secondary School is required.
· Minimum 3 years of work experience of Landscape or horticulture technician is required.
· Tree pruning and maintenance skills are required.
· Works well with the other staffs as a team and detail-oriented
· Be responsible and arriving to work on time
· Able to work outside through all the season
Wage/Working Hours:
Wage: $35.00/hour
Working Hour: 35 hours/week
Term: permanent and full time position
Benefit: Extend Group insurance and dental insurance after 3 months probation period
