Richmond Anti-Aging Clinic is a proud member of MMC Wellness Group, which has been the leader in medical and aesthetic excellence since 2011.  We provide a comprehensive range of treatments, including skin rejuvenation, body contouring, intimate health, scar and tattoo removals, and functional wellness programs. We take pride in extending our high-quality services beyond our local community and Metro Vancouver, reaching patients from across Canada, the United States, and Asia.

We are currently expanding our marketing team and looking for candidates who are passionate about medical services and long-term career goals in aesthetic medicine.

• Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy, formulate marketing plans, and promote sales to existing and   potential clients
• Work with senior management to develop marketing campaigns through charity events, community activities, live interviews, local broadcasts, and digital platforms to help expand the company’s public presence to reach more potential clients
• Develop engaging content for various social media platforms such as WeChat,  Red Note, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Assist in developing brochures, clinic displays, promotional cards, newsletters, and various marketing materials.
• Coordinate with IT and marketing team to ensure the company websites are  kept up to date and accurate, and assist with website editing and design
• Track and collect marketing metrics, assess the effectiveness of the ongoing marketing campaign, and refine strategies accordingly.
• Responsible for creating posts, sourcing images, responding to followers, managing customer feedback
• Conduct research, analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape and provide reports and recommendations to the management team
• Prepare marketing campaign timeline and keep projects on schedule to ensure production efficiency
• Participate in industry workshops and public events to build and maintain strategic relationships with media, partners, and suppliers.

Required skills

• 3 years working experience in marketing or business marketing • Solid ability to plan short term while still having the foresight of the long-term goals. • Outstanding digital marketing acumen. • Highly organized and works well in fast-paced environment • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills • Positive, hardworking, and self-motivated
