SB2 Enterprise Ltd. dba Longhorn Pub located at 4513 – 25th Avenue, Vernon BC V1T 1P5 is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor for a full-time and permanent position.

Salary: $19.00 / Hour for 30 to 40 Hours / Week

Job Requirements:

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Minimum 7 months of experience at supervisory or managerial level in food service industry is required

Tasks

·         Establish methods to meet work schedules

·         Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

·         Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

·         Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

·         Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

·         Address customers’ complaints or concerns

·         Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

·         Prepare and submit reports

·         Prepare food order summaries for chef

·         Establish work schedules
