Get patients ready for dental checkups and help the dentist during exams and treatments.
Clean, sterilize, and take care of dental tools and equipment.
Set up dental instruments, filling materials, and other supplies.
Take dental X-rays and develop them.
Polish teeth and crowns, and apply fluoride and sealants.
Take basic mouth impressions to create diagnostic models.
Teach patients how to take care of their teeth and gums.
Do office tasks such as making invoices, taking payments, scheduling appointments, recording treatments, and ordering supplies.
May also do tasks inside the mouth, such as removing stitches, checking vital signs, applying desensitizing or anti-cavity products, applying topical anesthetic, whitening crowns, and making, placing, and removing temporary crowns and fillings, as well as placing and removing rubber dams.
May perform tests to check tooth nerve health and evaluate gum health.
Work Locatio:
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
