Job Duties:
· Support the elderly with personal hygiene, including bathing.
· Aid the elderly with walking and guide them through regular exercise routines.
· Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to the elderly’s dietary needs.
· Assist with feeding as needed.
· Provide companionship and emotional support to the elderly.
· Deliver personal care in accordance with individual needs.
· Launder clothing and household linens.
· Perform light housekeeping and general cleaning duties.
· Shop for food and other household supplies.
· Assist elderly individuals in water activities, such as in a swimming pool.
