Terms of Employment: Permanent Position / Full-Time / Shift (30-44 hours per week)
Vacancy: 1
Wage: $16.80 – $18.00 (Depends on Experience)
Benefit: 4% Vacation Pay
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job duties:
1. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
2. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
3. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
4. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
5. Prepare food order summaries for chef
6. Supervise and check assembly of trays
7. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
8. Establish work schedules
Job Requirement:
· Language of Work: English
· Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
· Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
