St. Lawrence School is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to support the School’s marketing, branding, student recruitment, and enrolment growth.
Job duties:
1) Develop and implement marketing and student recruitment strategies aligned with the School’s enrolment goals.
2) Expand domestic and international recruitment markets and develop new student recruitment channels.
3) Build and maintain relationships with educational agencies, schools, community organizations, and other partners.
4) Manage and regularly update the School’s website and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
5) Plan and execute digital marketing, advertising, email, and social media campaigns.
6) Create and coordinate brochures, newsletters, presentations, promotional materials, photos, videos, and digital content.
7) Conduct public surveys, track marketing campaigns, student inquiries, lead sources, and recruitment results to identify the interests and provide regular reports to management.
8) Coordinate agency agreements and support partner recruitment activities.
9) Represent the School at education fairs, information sessions, open houses, community events, and recruitment activities.
10) Ensure all public-facing marketing materials and online information are accurate, current, and consistent with the School’s brand.
Qualifications:
- College diploma in Business Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, communications, student recruitment is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a K–12 school, independent school, international school, college, university, or education organization is strongly preferred.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and advertising campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with international student recruitment and educational agencies is an asset.
