Subway is a renowned franchise restaurant and brand with locations across Canada.Subway is looking to hire a permanent full-time Food Service Supervisor who is passionate about the food and beverage industry, can engage and motivate the team in a fast-paced environment, and can successfully assist in our restaurant operations through supervision and upper management coordination. The ideal candidate will:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Establish work schedules
Skills Requirements:
