Job details:

Salary: $ 37.00 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week

Tasks

·         Plan, organize, and oversee daily retail operations of the building supplies store to ensure efficiency and profitability.

·         Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

·         Plan staffing schedules, supervise daily activities, and provide ongoing training and performance evaluations for sales staff.

·         Forecast inventory needs, coordinate with suppliers, and plan restocking to ensure availability of high-demand materials.

·         Maintain store layout and merchandising in line with seasonal promotions and company standards.

·         Resolve customer complaints professionally and implement service improvements based on feedback.

·         Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and local demand to plan product offerings and adjust pricing strategies.

·         Prepare, monitor, and manage sales reports, operational budgets, and performance targets.

·         Ensure all operations comply with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, renovation professionals, and trade customers to drive long-term business growth.
