Job Details

Tasks:

– prepare ingredients and things needed before cooking

– cook complete meals or individual dishes

– maintain stocks inventory and perform basic storing principle: FIFO (First In First Out)

– clean and sanitize kitchen area and workstation

– oversee the kitchen operations

– prepare the sushi rice, nori seaweed sheets, fish or vegetable and any other fillings then assemble the sushi and cook it according to the customer’s preference.

Skills Requirements

Education: secondary school is usually required.

Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year cooking experience is required. Food Safety Certificate is a must.
