1) Position: Restaurant Manager
- Wage: $37/hour
- Type; Full time, Permanent
- Working hours: 30 hours/week
- Benefits: 10 days paid vacation per year
2) Requirements:
- 1~ 2 years relevant working experience
- Completion of secondary school
- Language at work: English
- Operation of MS word/Excel are asset
3) Main job duties:
- Evaluate daily operations
- Monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Recruit staff
- Set staff work schedules
- Supervise and Train staff
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews
- Cost products and services
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
