Synergy Homes Inc. is looking for 1 Construction Site Supervisor on permanent and full-time basis.
Salary: CAD 32.5/Hr./ 30 to 40 hours per Week
The main job duties and responsibilities:
· Supervise workers and projects
· Co-ordinate and schedule activities
· Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions Train or arrange for training
· Estimate costs and materials
· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Read blueprints and drawings
· Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
· Leading/instructing individuals
Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Reliability, Hardworking
Education & Language requirement:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Trade Certification is an asset
Functional English language; oral Punjabi and Hindi language is assets but not mandatory.

2+years of Experience required
Work site environment
Outdoors, Noisy, Dusty, Hot, Wet/damp
