Position: Car wash Manager

Number of Positions: 1

Duration: Full time Permanent

Education requirement: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience requirement: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Language: English

Start Date: As soon as possible

Wage: $33.70 /hour, 30 to 35 hours per week.

Job Duties:

·      Evaluate, direct and control daily car and truck wash operation.

·      Plan and organize daily operation.

·      Monitor and manage inventory and budget.

·      Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff

·      Hire, train and supervise staff, conduct staff performance review.

·      Maintain high standard of service.

·      Promote services such as monthly wash subscriptions.

·      Ensure all car and truck wash equipment are well maintained and are in good working order.

·      Address customer complaints professionally.

·      Ensure safe working environment is maintained for staff and customers.
