Position: Retail Store Supervisor

Number of Positions: 1

Duration: Full time Permanent

Education requirement: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience requirement: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Language: English

Start Date: As soon as possible

Wage: $22.00 /hour, 34 to 40 hours per week.

Job Duties:

·      Assign work duties and prepare work schedule for staff.

·      Conduct performance reviews of staff.

·      Maintain inventory of merchandise by ordering them in timely fashion.

·      Authorize return of merchandise.

·      Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

·      Make sure the store is clean, well-organized and merchandise is well displayed.

·      Sell merchandise and manage cash.

·      Ensure correct price is marked on items.

·      Address customer complaints and supply shortage issues.

·      Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.

·      Occasionally work as sales associate when short staffed.
