Title of Position: Cook
Prepare and cook complete meals, individual dishes, and Korean cuisine.
Prepare and cook special meals as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
Plan menus, determine portion sizes, estimate food requirements and costs, and order supplies.
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers and oversee daily kitchen operations.
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and set up and oversee buffets as required.
Ensure the kitchen and work areas are clean and sanitary.
Hire and train kitchen staff.
Terms of Employment: Permanent
– Wage: $36.00 Hourly for 30 Hours Per Week
– Benefits: 4% paid vacation
– Qualifications/Skills/Requirements
– Education: High School Diploma
– Experience: 2-3 years of experience in commercial food preparation
– Language: Speak English, Read English, Write English
