This Opportunity:

The Wandering Mollusk Oyster Corp. is looking to hire a permanent full-time Cook who is passionate about the food and beverage industry, can engage and motivate the team in a fast-paced environment, and can successfully assist in our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will:

·       Requisition food and kitchen supplies.

·       Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

·       Inspect kitchens and food service areas.

·       Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.

·       Order supplies and equipment.

·       Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.

·       Clean kitchen and work areas.

Skills Requirements:

·       Completion of secondary school

·       Minimum 1 year of experience.
