We are seeking a Marketing Manager to promote the private school to prospective students and their families, increase enrollment, and build relationships with key agencies such as educational consultants, feeder schools, and community organizations.

- Benefit: Vacation of 10 Business days per year
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish distribution networks for school programs, initiate market research studies and analyze their findings, assist in student enrollment, and direct and evaluate establishments’ marketing strategies.
- Forecast, prepare, and track budgets for marketing and communications.
- Organize and host open houses, information nights, and private tours.
- Actively engage with prospective families through events, open houses, and school tours.
- Develop partnerships with feeder schools, agents, and other influencers to promote the school’s brand and programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop promotional materials, including brochures, reports, newsletters and other materials.
- Use social media, email campaigns, and other tools to generate interest.
- Meet or exceed enrollment targets by executing effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and enrollment trends.
- Generate a marketing development report and summarize student enrollment data in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: college diploma
- Work Experience: Minimum 1-year work experience related to marketing or student enrollment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to Supervise: 1 to 2 people
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Willing to travel, Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail and large workload
