United Foods Inc. O/A McDonald’s Family Restaurant is looking to recruit a Restaurant General Manager for the Stephenville Restaurant location. This is a permanent full-time position.

The job

You will be responsible for guiding a team of managers to achieve operational and people excellence with the highest business performance. You will be expected and accountable to:

            Ensure the restaurant meets and exceeds McDonald’s high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness, including Food Safety standards.

            Make certain the restaurant meets and exceeds People Brand and Ethical Recruitment standards.

            Ensure managers and crew at all levels are being developed and that individual performance plans and reviews are in place.

            Safeguard the health and safety of the employees and guests by meeting all Health and Safety requirements.

            Grow sustainable restaurant sales and guest counts and profitably to meet and exceed targets.

            Identify restaurant capacity constraints, guest count and sales growth opportunities and be able to develop and execute an operationally sound mitigation and growth plan.

            Lead successful deployments and execute national and local sales building initiatives to drive sales and Brand Leadership.

            Support managers to set targets, track progress, and provide coaching and guidance to improve restaurant results. .

            Engage the local community to further develop community support initiatives, where possible.

            Other related duties.

            Current or previous experience in a supervisory position at McDonald’s Family Restaurants.
