Job Description

· Establish the overall goals for the college and develop or approve key policies and programs to achieve these objectives.

· Lead the creation of major departments and appoint senior staff, ensuring that the organizational structure aligns with our strategic goals.

· Manage the allocation of material, human, and financial resources to effectively implement policies and programs. Oversee the establishment of financial and administrative controls, and approve marketing campaigns and personnel strategies.

· Oversee the selection and appointment of middle managers, directors, and other senior executives to ensure strong leadership across the institution.

· Coordinate the activities of various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with the college’s overall strategy.

· Represent the college in negotiations and other official functions, or appoint representatives to act on behalf of the institution.

Qualifications & Experience

· College diploma in business administration or other discipline related to the relevant field.

· 1 to 2 years’ experience in middle leadership role in education or relevant industry.

· Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

· Comprehensive understanding of the education industry.
