Job description:
Build and nurture strong customer relationships by implementing and maintaining customer service processes and standards to ensure continued customer satisfaction in all interactions with the company.
Develop and execute online and offline activities to connect with prospective and existing customers, expanding the company’s business and strengthening customer trust and recognition.
Develop and oversee departmental documentation, processes, and performance metrics to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of operational activities.
Collaborate with various departments to create and execute effective customer service plans, ensuring seamless project implementation.
Evaluate and engage with top-notch suppliers and partners on behalf of the company, establishing a robust partner management system. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with partners to elevate the company’s offerings and improve the overall customer experience.
Take a proactive approach in connecting with customers to demonstrate attentiveness and address any concerns or issues they may raise. Continuously enhance the customer experience to boost satisfaction levels.
Oversee the training and development of staff, providing them with effective communication skills to better interact with clients. Offer guidance and support to enhance their capacity in gathering, organizing, and analyzing customer needs and feedback, empowering the company to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Requirements:
A university degree in business administration, finance, or related areas is required.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-centric, career solution industry is an asset.
Excellent communication in English in both writing and speaking.
Strong coordination, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability to different customer needs and situations.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite.
