Job duties:

·         Helping tradespersons in day-to-day construction activities by setting work site tools, organizing ladders, setting up scaffoldings & platforms etc.

·         Setting up construction barriers, sorting out site materials.

·         Delivering materials to multiple sites including loading & unloading.

·         Assist in demolishing the existing structures including to make way for new materials to be installed.

·         Remove all the debris & waste materials with the use of shovels, rakes & wheelbarrows etc.

·         Operate cutting tools like Hand saw, vinyl cutters, nail hole punchers etc.

·         Pull out old Vinyl siding, hardy panels, metal siding from existing building structure & dispose it into appropriate bins.

·         Assist tradesmen in finishing the inside of the house/building by filling nails, gluing joints of moldings, sanding wood molding.

Education: Completion of secondary school.

Language: English

Experience:

Some experience working at a general construction site would be an asset

Full time & Permanent

Hours: 30-40hrs/week

Wage: $25/hour
