JOB DESCRIPTION
The CEO at WH3 Solutions Inc., an IT consulting firm specializing in Microsoft software products, will be responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and driving its growth. The CEO will work to ensure the company remains a leader in IT consulting, particularly with Microsoft technologies.

JOB DUTIES
The duties of the Chief Executive Officer at WH3 Solutions Inc. will include but are not limited to:
· Setting the company’s vision and long-term goals, and approving policies and programs that align with its mission to provide IT consulting services focused on Microsoft software solutions.
· Organizing the company’s structure, including creating major departments and appointing senior leadership roles to support strategic objectives.
· Allocating resources—financial, human, and material—to implement company policies, establish financial controls, and ensure efficient operations.
· Overseeing marketing and business development strategies, and approving campaigns to enhance the company’s position in the Microsoft consulting space.
· Leading the recruitment and development of key executive and senior management staff, ensuring leadership aligns with company culture and growth goals.
· Coordinating across departments to ensure alignment and collaboration, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
· Representing the company in high-level negotiations, client meetings, and industry events, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
· Monitoring business performance and reporting key metrics to the board, ensuring the company’s financial health and alignment with its goals.
· Keeping up with trends in IT consulting and Microsoft technologies, leading innovation and exploring opportunities for market expansion.
QUALIFICATIONS
· A bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, computer science or related discipline is required.
· Three years to less than five years of experience as a middle manager in financial, communications or other business services are required.
