JOB DESCRIPTION
The Digital Marketing Specialist at WH3 Solutions Inc., an IT consulting firm specializing in Microsoft software products, will manage and enhance our market outreach efforts. This role involves creating and producing engaging promotional materials and driving client engagement across digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a creative mindset, and a results-driven approach to marketing.

JOB DUTIES
The duties of the Digital Marketing Specialist at WH3 Solutions Inc. will include but are not limited to:
• Assess the company’s products/services to develop tailored marketing and advertising strategies.
• Advise on innovative marketing and promotional opportunities to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
• Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns and implement them.
• Analyze and report on marketing and advertising campaign performance using metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, including creating engaging content and responding to customer reviews and testimonials.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate public relations strategies to inform clients, employees, and the public about company initiatives and updates.
• Conduct surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key audiences and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
• Prepare or oversee the creation of reports, presentations, press releases, and other materials to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Organize and coordinate workshops, meetings, and events to promote services and increase engagement with clients and partners.
• Arrange interviews, news conferences, and other media opportunities to enhance public awareness of the company’s work.
• Serve as a spokesperson for the organization, addressing inquiries and maintaining a professional public image.
• Coordinate and execute special promotions and publicity events for both internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials that align with company goals.
• Monitor and manage the company’s online presence, ensuring a positive reputation and addressing feedback professionally.
• Maintain consistency in the company’s branding and messaging across all platforms and communication channels.
• Develop strategies and initiatives that position the company as a trusted leader in its field.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, is required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience is required within the position of digital marketing specialist.
