Ramen Danbo brings traditional Fukuoka style Kyusyu Hakata Tonkotsu ramen to Japanese food fans in Vancouver, Canada. The aroma of our signature Tonkotsu broth is unmistakable – a simple but truly delicious umami, always made daily in-house.

We’re expanding our business and want you to be a part of it. Currently we are looking for a permanent and full time qualified Restaurant Manager to join us.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Supervise and direct restaurant daily work activities

·         Develop and execute initiatives to build revenue

·         Work with head chef and kitchen staffs in budget estimating and menu planning

·         Recruit, hire staffs and oversee the training and performance

·         Schedule staff work shift, Review and confirm timesheets

·         Keep statistical and financial records to prepare reports  for company management

·         Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed

·         Ensure consistent standards of food quality and guest satisfaction

·         Respond to all type of enquiries from suppliers, contractors, customers, etc.

Requirements:

·         Completion of College diploma is required

·         Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in the food service sector is required

·         Great communication and interpersonal skills

·         Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

·         Ability of independent work and confident decision-making

Wage/Working Hours

·         Annual Salary: $60,400/year

·         Work hour: 40 hour/week

·         Benefit: Extended Medical Group Insurance

·         Term: Permanent and Full time
