The Data Analyst at STS Business Inc, a financial consulting firm, will design, develop, and manage AI-powered databases to analyze client financial data, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights for better decision-making.

JOB DUTIES
The duties of the Data Analyst at STS Business Inc. will include but are not limited to:
· Gather and document the requirements for the AI-powered database to track and analyze client financial data, including debts, budgets, and demographics.
· Design and build the database structure to organize financial data from past and current clients, ensuring it can support insights for budget patterns, debt trends, and client needs.
· Develop, improve, and test the database management system to ensure it integrates seamlessly with AI capabilities for data analysis and decision-making.
· Research and recommend the best database management tools and AI technologies to improve the system’s performance and ensure it delivers accurate, actionable insights.
· Use the database to analyze client data, identify patterns in budgeting and debt accumulation, and provide insights that will help consultants make better, data-driven decisions.
· Guide other team members in collecting data, developing algorithms, and ensuring the system works smoothly and efficiently for long-term use.
QUALIFICATIONS
· A bachelor’s degree or college program, in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or related field is required
· 1+ year of experience as a Data Analyst or similar position.
